"I do not race to create friendships-friendships. I race to win many championships," he said. "We'll see whether I will be quite memorable. If not, I'll retire with a very happy, proud of my experience."
Alonso had at one time said he did not really enjoy F1 because the event rate is not pure sport. He returned to give an illustration of this.
"It's not just race. F1 is also very full of business and interest charges. This is not a competition, pure and simple. The car-car is not equal, the rule does not apply equally to all. But we know and accept this because this may be part of the attraction Formula 1. "
Debut in 2001, Alonso was followed by the results of 159 races including 26 victories, plus two world titles in 2005 and 2006. The team he has ever defended before Ferrari was Minardi, Renault, and McLaren.
